Add-on SKUs (AI moderation $5/event, retention extension $10) aren't referral-eligible — they're cost-pass-through. Payout floor: $50 minimum balance. Payouts go out monthly on the 1st for the prior month, after a 14-day clawback window covering Stripe refunds and chargebacks.

The referral binds to their organizer account on first install. Every paid event or subscription they buy triggers a credit to your balance.
Stripe Connect Express handles payouts. You see balance, referred organizers, and pending credits in a dashboard. Request payout anytime above $50.
US-based. Solo or 2–3 person firms. You're the person couples already trust with vendor recommendations — Festoso fits naturally into that conversation. We allocate most of our partner-success effort here.

Monthly on the 1st, for credits earned in the prior calendar month, after a 14-day clawback window (covers Stripe refunds and chargebacks). Minimum payout balance is $50 — keeps Stripe transfer fees from eating into small balances.
If Stripe refunds within 14 days of the charge, we reverse the referral credit. After 14 days, you keep the payout — Festoso absorbs the loss. (This is rare.)
No — self-referrals are blocked. If the payout-account email matches the organizer-account email, the credit doesn't post. Helps keep the program clean for everyone.
When the couple installs the app directly from the App Store or Google Play (rather than your link), the referral can be lost. Our App Clip cards (shipping with v1.1) pass the ref through to the full app install. For now, the cleanest path is the couple clicking your festoso.app/?ref=... link from Safari/Chrome, then installing.
Yes. You earn $10/mo on each active Pro subscription you referred, for up to 12 months. After that the recurring stops but you keep the $40 first-payment payout. Keeps long-lived agency accounts from running away with margin.
